GENERAL INFORMATION
These Terms govern your use of https://soft2next.com (“Website”), operated by OÜ VERTEX DIGITAL (“Company”).
We comply with EU consumer protection law, GDPR, ePrivacy, PSD2 (Strong Customer Authentication), PCI DSS, and Visa/Mastercard acquiring requirements.
By using the Website, you agree to these Terms.
Age Requirement: You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your country of residence) to use the Website and purchase digital products.
DIGITAL PRODUCTS
We sell intangible digital goods including:
• Software licenses
• Activation codes
• Downloadable products
• Access tokens
Digital products are delivered electronically. Once displayed or delivered, a digital product is considered consumed.
ACCOUNT REGISTRATION
Users must:
• Provide accurate and truthful information
• Maintain confidentiality of login credentials
• Notify us of unauthorized access
We may require identity verification (KYC) when required by anti-fraud, AML, or acquiring-bank regulations.
PRICING, CURRENCY & TAX
Prices are displayed in EUR unless otherwise noted.
Prices may include or exclude VAT, shown at checkout.
Banks or card issuers may apply FX conversion rates.
PAYMENTS & BILLING DESCRIPTOR
Payments are processed via PCI DSS Level 1 compliant processors.
We do NOT store or process card numbers.
Your card statement may show:
“SOFT2NEXT / OÜ VERTEX DIGITAL”
All payments must pass authorization, 3D Secure (SCA), and risk screening.
FRAUD PREVENTION & SECURITY
We use:
• MaxMind fraud scoring
• Cloudflare bot & abuse protection
• IP reputation checks
• Device fingerprinting (fraud only, non-marketing)
Suspicious orders may be delayed, require verification, or be canceled.
DELIVERY OF DIGITAL GOODS
Digital delivery methods:
• Email with license key
• User dashboard
• Secure on-screen reveal
Delivery is usually instant. Some orders may take up to 12 hours.
If automatic delivery fails, we resend at no cost.
LICENSE USAGE
You agree NOT to:
• Resell or redistribute license keys
• Publicly share or upload keys
• Reverse engineer software
• Circumvent activation systems
• Violate vendor EULAs
Violations may result in key revocation, account closure, or reporting to fraud networks.
REFUNDS & CHARGEBACKS
Refunds are granted ONLY for:
• Non-delivery
• Invalid key at delivery
• Duplicate purchase
• Key not activated
Refunds are possible within 14 days.
Refunds are NOT granted for:
• Successful activation
• Incompatibility issues
• User mistakes
• “Change of mind”
Chargebacks:
Unauthorized or abusive chargebacks may result in:
• Account termination
• License revocation
• Reporting to acquiring bank anti-fraud systems
• Submission of evidence to Visa/Mastercard
Refunds are issued ONLY to the original payment method.
PROHIBITED USE
You may NOT:
• Perform card testing
• Use stolen payment instruments
• Engage in illegal activity
• Abuse promotions
• Resell products without authorization
LIABILITY LIMITATION
We are not liable for:
• Indirect or consequential damages
• Loss of revenue/data
• Third-party software behavior
• Compatibility issues
Liability is limited to the price paid for the product.
DISPUTE RESOLUTION
We encourage contacting support first.
If unresolved, disputes fall under Estonian jurisdiction.
GOVERNING LAW
These Terms are governed by Estonian and EU law.
CHANGES TO TERMS
We may revise these Terms.
Continued use constitutes acceptance.
